It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1910 on the rear of the bell and also inside the lid.
The lid opens to reveal the original little hand blown glass inkwell.
The inkwell stands 3" high and has a leather base.
Both the inkwell and the silver bell casing are in excellent condition.
