The design on the front is a scene from the marriage of figaro and has the following wording -Ce tour ci vaut l'autre Mariage de Figaro Act 1er Scene. 9
The snuff box is lined in tortoiseshell.
Good condition for age, just one little nick on side as shown in picture.
